Crab Cake Egg Roll Recipe - Option 3


  • 1/4 cup crab meat
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 pack egg roll wrappers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil


  • Mix crabmeat, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of a 10-inch nonstick skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Add egg roll wrappers and cook for about 2 minutes or until they are slightly browned. Place them on the cutting board.
  • Fill each wrapper with one-quarter of the crab mixture, then fold them up like an egg roll. Carefully place them in the skillet and cook them for about 3 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Turn them over and cook them for another 3 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
  • Serve immediately you remove them from the pan.
