Boil water and add fresh noodles to it.
Ensure the noodles are tender but firm.
Drain the noodles and rinse them with cool water to stop the cooking process.
In a large skillet, put your peanut oil about 3 tbsp and heat it up. You can use vegetable oil either.
Allow the oil to distribute properly before frying the noodles.
Mix the noodles with sesame oil so they won't stick together.
Add the mixed noodles to the skillet and distribute them evenly so they can cover the whole bottom part of the pan.
Watch as the noodles start browning and when its golden brown, gently flip them without breaking them apart. Leave them to cook on this side until they brown also.
When done, remove them from the fire and place them on a cutting board. Cut them into about 21/2 inch squares.
Garnish with your favorite cheese and serve them warm.
