The Pink Champagne Cake Recipe - Option 1

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup pink champagne
  • 2 drops red food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350Ā° F.
  • Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking dish. You can use parchment paper if you'd prefer.
  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Leave in the oven until fully cooked. Test with a toothpick, or a knife, in the center and see if it comes out clean. Remove from oven and leave to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
