Sweetened Condensed Milk Fruit Cake - Recipe 1


  • 1 lb candied cherries
  • 1 lb candied pineapple
  • 1 lb dates (pitted)
  • 1 lb pecans (chopped)
  • 8 oz flaked coconut
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk


  • Preheat your oven to 300F. Lightly grease a pan and line with parchment paper.
  • Grab a mixing bowl and chop your fruit and nut ingredients. Once cut, add your coconut and combine with your hands.
  • Once combined well, add the flour and sweetened condensed milk. Mix until well blended.
  • Pour mixture into your greased and lined pan. Bake in the center of your oven for around one and a half hours. Remove from oven and leave to cool.
  • Run knife around the edge of the pan to make your cake easier to remove.
  • Your cake is now ready to serve!
